tell tale heart: law brief

In the short story Tell Tale Heart. The guy is innocent because he is not in his right mind and therefore unable to tell right from wrong. The reasons why i think that the man was innocent is because he's crazy and can't help him self. I wouldn't sent him to jail. I would sent him to a crazy house. Because he has a mentally illness and can't help himself.Another reason why i think he shouldn't go to jail is because its not he's fault that he hates the eye. those are the reasons why i believe he's innocent.

what i liked about this short story was that it's a scary and horror book. For explain i liked that the story was about a men who is crazy and he's trying to kill a men that has a wried eye. what i didn't like about this short story was that the crazy guy acts stupid and the story isn't really scary. For explain i would have made a story about a guy who's ines and kills every person that has blue eyes. These are some of the reasons why i liked and didn't like about this short story.
